We are flexible here. Typically, coaching sessions take place via video call. Alternatively, we can also meet in person in Munich or Erding.
The price for a coaching session is very individual and depends on the scope and the topics. I charge per session, with the first Meet-Up being free of charge. During this session, we will discuss the cost of each session in your specific case.
In addition to my Bachelor of Arts in International Business, I have also completed coaching training with Solution Surfers.
After a coaching session, I will send you an invoice that you can then transfer.
Currently, coaching expenses in Germany can be claimed as business-related expenses for tax purposes if the coaching is job-related and aims to promote professional qualifications. This includes, for example, coaching for improving leadership skills, conflict management, or expanding professional knowledge. Since laws can change at any time, it makes sense to confirm this with your tax advisor.
It's entirely up to you. I have clients who prefer regular exchanges, and there are coachees who would like to speak with me on an on-demand basis.

For the modules I offer for students, I have kind of an agenda that serves as a guiding thread.
In leadership coaching, there is no agenda.
I don't have a fixed timeframe to create enough space for our exchange without time pressure. Usually, a session lasts 45 - 60 minutes.
