When it comes to coaching, the chemistry between you and me is particularly important. That's why I'm offering you a free meet-up to get to know each other. Here I will answer any questions you may have and we can find out whether I am the right coach for you. We will also discuss which modules make sense.

First session
If the chemistry is right, we will start the Kick-Off Session. This session is the basis for all other modules. Here, we look, among other things, at what defines you as a person and what you want to achieve through coaching. Find out more below.

The Modules:
Kick-Off
In our first session, we look at the possible career paths you can choose from and approach goals you can pursue in the future. Together we find out what makes you special as a person and then inspect different corporate environments and roles that await you in a company.
Personality
This package consists of two sessions in which we use various tools to identify what is particularly important for you in a job. We then find out where your strengths lie and connect the results with company environments, industries and roles.
Finance
The financial module consists of two sessions in which we transform your wishes into practical financial goals. We work on defining what financial freedom means in your case. In the end, I provide you with practical tools to manage your finances from the start and thereby achieve your financial goals. Finally, I give you an overview of the different asset classes.

Application
This package contains 2-3 sessions in which we discuss how to maximize your chances in the application process, how you can draw attention to yourself professionally on social media and what a modern CV should look like. We also prepare for an actual job interview and practice together.
Why me?
My entire coaching concept is based on my practical experience of the last 15 years. In my youth, I had no exchange partners for professional and financial matters. Although this led me to find my professional direction and financial security through "trial and error," I lost some years in this process. To spare you from that, I would like to offer you my support.
What defines me today is a solution-oriented and practical approach that is easy to follow. In my coaching sessions, I use tools and principles that I use in my job, as a coach, and as a private individual on a daily basis.
Additionally, I have gained extensive experience from various business environments. Through the different roles I have experienced as an employee and in self-employment, whether as a leader, employee, HR professional, or coach, I have developed a 360-degree perspective you will benefit from. Through our collaboration, you will save yourself some years of wandering.
